She has 15 years professional experience undertaking roles including Account Manager, Internal Communications Consultant, Marketing Executive, Social Media Manager and Head of Contact Centre and Customer Service. Felicity has a Diploma in Business Administration and ILM Level 5 Qualification in Leadership and Management.  Felicity came to the realisation that her vast skill set would benefit businesses looking for administration support, customer support, marketing support and general business support.
